Message from the Director
I am Rajesh G, Director of IDK Institutions, an academic organization committed to academic training, excellence, and research-oriented learning. With over 20 years of experience in education, electrical engineering, and applied research, my areas of expertise include Control Systems, Power Electronics, Electric Machines, and Renewable Energy Technologies.
I have helped numerous Ph.D., M.Tech, and B.Tech scholars in completing high-impact research projects and publications. My works have appeared in Scopus and Web of Science–indexed journals, with notable contributions in electric vehicle control, FOPID tuning, and thermophotovoltaic optimization.
I am also a co-inventor of design patents registered in the UK and India, such as a Solar-Wind EV Charging Dock, an AI-Based Intrusion Detection Device, and a Heat Pipe–Integrated Solar Panel. In recognition of my outstanding contributions to youth development—including mentoring underserved students, organizing academic outreach programs, and inspiring young minds through education—I was honored with the Ekalavya Karmasreshtha Award in 2012.
IDK Institutions supports learners from KG to Ph.D., providing academic coaching, research mentoring, and advanced skills development in areas like MATLAB, AutoCAD, and Web Technologies. Our goal is to bridge school learning and scholarly research under one roof. I am currently authoring a book titled Electric Vehicle Technology, which aims to bring practical engineering insights into classroom and industry applications.
