Conference Partners (IJEECOS)
International Journal of Electrical Energy and Control Systems (IJEECOS) welcomes collaborations with conferences, symposiums, workshops, universities, professional societies, and research groups working in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Power & Renewable Energy, Power Electronics, Control Systems, EV/Charging, Smart Grid, and related interdisciplinary energy topics.
Our goal is to support conferences in publishing high-quality extended journal versions of selected papers—while maintaining strict peer-review and ethics standards.
1) Partnership Models
A) Special Issue
IJEECOS may publish a special issue based on a conference theme (e.g., Smart Grid & Renewable Integration, EV Drives and Charging, Advanced Control Applications).
Key points
Conference organizers may propose Guest Editors
Each paper undergoes single-blind peer review
Acceptance is based on review outcome (not conference acceptance)
B) Extended Versions of Selected Conference Papers
Authors submit a significantly enhanced version of their conference paper.
Minimum expectations
Substantial extension (recommended 30% or more new content)
New experiments/results, deeper analysis, improved methodology, or new case study
Conference paper must be clearly cited, and overlap must be explained
C) “Best Paper” Invitation / Fast-Track Consideration
D) Joint Publicity / Knowledge Partnership (Non-publication)
IJEECOS can support conferences via:
Call-for-papers promotion on the journal website
Sharing conference announcements (editorial discretion)
2) What IJEECOS Provides
A clear submission channel for conference-linked manuscripts
Editorial coordination and assignment to handling editors
Peer review (single-blind), revision tracking, and final decision
Plagiarism/similarity checks and ethics screening
Online publication in a dedicated conference collection or special issue (if approved)
3) What Conference Organizers Provide
Conference profile, theme, dates, and official website/announcement
Paper selection criteria (e.g., top-rated papers, reviewer scores)
Nomination of Guest Editors (optional)
Author communication support and submission timeline coordination
4) Quality and Ethics Requirements (Mandatory)
IJEECOS partners only with conferences that uphold research integrity.
All submitted papers must comply with:
Originality (no plagiarism, no duplicate submissions)
Proper citation and permissions (figures/tables if reused)
Ethical approvals where applicable (human/animal data)
No fabricated/falsified data
Transparent conflict-of-interest and funding disclosure
Important: Conference acceptance ≠ journal acceptance.
Every manuscript is evaluated independently through peer review.
5) Peer Review and Decision
All conference-linked submissions follow the same journal workflow:
Editorial screening (scope, format, ethics, similarity)
Editor assignment
Peer review by typically two reviewers
Decision: Accept / Minor / Major / Reject
Revision with point-by-point response
Final decision by the Editor/Editor-in-Chief
6) Fees and Open Access
Conference-linked papers follow the same APC policy as regular papers:
No APC until 31 December 2026
From 1 January 2027: USD 200 APC per accepted article
No submission fee. APC is requested only after acceptance.
